An unlikely trio of professions combined to form Hearsay: Marcom, Research, and Law. We formulated a set of services: real focus groups — not mock trials — specifically for the litigation front lines of the courtroom and/or mediation, and gave it a shot.
The proof was in the pudding. Eye-opening discoveries. New perspectives. The lingua franca of the case’s very venue. Insights galore. Validation. Illumination.
We are three people who tried. Does our approach work? Well, we’ve produced a client case load with a favorable outcome rate of over 80 percent, so we‘re pretty sure it does.
One thing is certain: You are stronger with Hearsay than without.

Tim‘s experience in the universe of marketing and communications has given him unique insights to concept, strategy and people. These are the tools he brings to bear for Hearsay clients, aiding in the pursuit of insights and discoveries that lead to illumination.
Schooling in mathematics, theoretical physics and information systems went right out the window as Tim misspent his 20s helping to drive multiple nightclubs in the downtown St. Louis area to success with promotions on top of promotions. But daylight beckoned .. .
In 1994, Tim helped take a fledgling radio station from obscurity to the top of the St. Louis market, leading the charge to promote the then-vanguard New Music station 105.7 The Point by aggressively pursuing a platform of personal appearances by all on-air staff.
Tim was wooed away from this life in the limelight to life in the agency business by the iconoclastic Zipatoni agency, then on to Marketing Mix and entertainment properties including The Wild Wild West, Dudley Do-Right and The Mummy. His wor1< on Miller Brewing, Pace Salsa and Energizer got him noticed by GreenWich, Connecticut agency Clarion, where he introduced the concept of integrated marketing to their sister agency D’Arcy, along with Internet and technology-based initiatives for the launch of Cadillac‘s all–new Escalade and numerous pharmaceutical products.
Tim returned to St. Louis to start a family and join Momentum Worldwide, servicing clients like GM, Buick, Pontiac, HUMMER, Anheuser-Busch, Kiwi, UPS, Kraft, Pennzoil, The US ARMY, Coke, Lowe’s, Domino’s, Monsanto, Nikon, Novartis, Verizon, Wendy‘s, Office Depot, General Growth Properties, Bumble Bee Tuna, Microsoft, Office Depot, Intel & Star Trek, the St. Louis Blues, and one gem of an idea that was tied to 3.2 billion dollars in revenue for Marriott Hotels.
Tim’s is also a rabid foodie, leads growth and sponsorship efforts of Culinary Fight Club and their associated charity Fight2Feed.
Tim and his family live in the Holly Hills neighborhood of south Saint Louis.
